We work with groups focused on their overall wellness and who have a desire to be live resiliently. Some groups are looking to improve their relationships and find greater fulfillment in life. While others are seeking career advancement and educational opportunities. Each groups 8-week session follows a set program, but is unique and highly individualized.
In a coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles relating to the topic of the week. You will learn practices and processes to a to your resiliency tool box. You will be provided with guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goal.
These group coaching sessions meet twice a week for 60 minutes for 8 weeks. The first session of the week is more educational/ experiential in nature and the second session of the week follows a Q&A format to answer any questions you may have about what you are learning so far.
